Last night

I did something I have not done in a long while. I went to Louisville to attend a birthday night for a new friend. Dinner was had first at MiMi's Cafe which was very good. I had a cesar salad followed by honey dijon salmon w/ asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was yummy. After that we went to a bar on Bardstown Rd where I proceeded to drink and get pleasantly buzzed. I can not remember the last time I was drunk. It might have been at a furry Halloween Party years ago. I stuck at first with a tried and true drink for me- Captian Morgan's and coke. Then I tried an ameretto sour and it was yummy. I finished off a new friend's drink and then got one of my own. The birthday girl let me crash on her couch for a nice 3 hour nap, and then I headed back to Lexington at about 6:30 this morning once the buzz had worn off. My knees do not like me right now since I was dancing at times. I had such a blast.
