Week One almost Done

I started my new job on monday. It has been slow going in training so far. It is a fairly new finance center that handles credit and collections, billing, and cash posting all in the same building. They are trying to move from 4 different systems to just one system. Each day it seems there is change which can be good or bad. At this point I have to learn all the computer programs but may only end up using some of them for a couple of months. Training is a challenge because of this and all the other things that come up. Everyone from the collectors to the senior managers are having to LEARN. Lots of I do not know answers to questions. I am having some fun trying to find the answers myself. Just is the way I learn. It is cool that the trainer from Columbia Gas got the training job at Aramark, and is now teaching me again. *grins*

Guess that is about it for now. Just wanted to give a heads up about my new job. It is going pretty good. Alittle overwhelming, but good.
