Today for me was a pretty good day. I actually got some things sold on Cheapcycle which amazed me. I also sold some of the videos by posting them here on LJ. Next will be trying to sell some of the CDs we have as well as cassettes. The problem will be not knowing if the cassettes still work. I am thinking in the end they will be on freecycle or to Goodwill. I personally have over 200 I think. I want to keep some and start playing them again.
The other thing I did today was working on the house. I put 5 CDs in the changer and hit shuffle when I do cleaning. I crank it so that I can hear it upstairs. That way I have music when I take a break as well as when I clean. Monday has become my baking day it seems. Today I made brownies, blueberry muffins and cinnamon muffins. Nice to have some snacks for the week.
The cleaning consisted of doing the dishes as I baked, swept and dry swiffered the kitchen, dining room and bathroom, vacuumed the living room, and then general wipe down of many dusty areas. I also did one of the things on the fly lady zones today. I spent 15 minutes in the bedroom upstairs cleaning off flat surfaces. We so have flat surface syndrome at this house. *grins*
Tomorrow I am going out at noon to window shop at a gun store. I am also thinking about moving around the living room alittle. I want to see how the loveseat looks over in front of the fireplace. We have never used the fireplace. Heck it has been covered up with boxes or something most of the time we have lived here. I know if we ever want to use it we will have to get it looked at.
That has been my day. I did not get any resumes out or job searching done. That will be on the plans for tomorrow. I also need to work on the application. I am getting alittle nervous. Tomorrow night I will be driving up to Columbus for the open call for the reality tv show, The Biggest Loser.
