Morning

I did not get up at 6am today, but it was not much later. I think it was 6:10. Not too bad. I blame it all on Melodie. He jumped onto the bed to be scritched and to sleep on my head about 5:50. It is so hard to get up when you are being snuggled. Jeshua was on one side, Melodie the other, and Dustbunnie was down sleeping on my feet. *grins*

The exciting thing this morning was that I got to use my new egg slicer. It works pretty good. Last night Phaeton made hash and eggs, but the first egg he tried to use was my last hard boiled egg. *giggles* He put it back and I used it this morning for part of my breakfast.

Time to log off here and take some calls. Another day another dollar.

Daily Dose

I took local calls today. I feel confused and alittle lost. I am so glad Kay started talking about how she was feeling as well. We both talked about feeling like when we got fresh out of training before. I know it will get better, but it is hard to see that right now.

I asked Phaeton to drive Jeshua to work today so I could go out for a work. I mentioned that I had to go for a walk now that Phaeton had agreed to drive Jeshua. My reasoning was that if I ended up just sitting at home when I said I was going to walk that would mean that I could have just driven Jeshua. That then means that I just made up an excuse because I wanted to be a lazy slug. :) By default I had to go for a walk, or have a damn good reason why when I got in the door I could not.

I did not go for a long walk though. Caritas and I just went to the Subway down the street. I have been wanting to try a wrap. YUM! I also got a salad to help my veggie intake. I have been doing really well today. The walk was nice, if cold. It made us walk faster though.

I am trying to decide if I am going to go to the Y tomorrow or not. I think I will just wait and go on Sat or Sunday.

Time to head out to Kroger and get some food.
