Insomnia

I could feel it coming for a couple of days now. I have been watching the TV mindlessly because I know if I close my eyes and try to sleep thoughts we start turning cartwheels in my head. Turning round and round till I explode. Iron Chef beat the challenger tonight on the one with giant mushrooms. It would be an interesting experience to be a taster for that show. The 2 shows of Daria that I watched were interesting. Right now have it flipped on the animal planet channel. Maybe I am just tired enough now to drift off without my brain kicking back on. I hope so because this late night snacking is not doing me any good. Swiss cake rolls, some toast with butter and now some milk. At least the milk is good for me.

New email

Now that I have fully changed over my accounts maybe I should look into actually having a website. I have the space for one. Hmmm just no ideas of what to put or how to do it. I know the rest of Random could help me. Of course it isnt that big of a deal. Just some scattered thoughts this am.

Morning

Damn, just wrote out a nice post and with a push of the mouse it went bi bi.

Ok, short version. I am surprisingly awake for how little sleep I got last night. That is what usually happens on the day after an insomnia night.

Already accomplished today.
-Working out at the Y for 25 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer
-Cleaning out car so Caritas can load stuff into it
-Set up the last 2 email boxes on alltel so now every Human in the house has an email addy. I have 2 because of being addicted to the net and on too many email lists. :) Actually everyone else has other email addys they use, I only use the alltel ones.
-Quick trip to Kroger with Caritas to get some more of the poptarts and some Chocolate milk because I know how much Jeshua likes it. It would have been a wasted trip since I didnt bring my keys, which has my kroger plus card on it, if Caritas didnt have hers. She did so we went from a total of $7.52 down to $1.57 because of savings and coupons.
-Stopped at Burger King to get Jeshua and I a breakfast sandwich each
-Home to eat and watch Caritas and Phaeton get ready to head out.

They headed out about 45 minutes ago. I hope everything goes well with the wedding and being back in Louisville. I will be thinking about her all day.

Plans for the rest of the day
-Shower
-Wash the dishes
-Walk to Subway for lunch
-Watch movies
-Walk around the Neighborhood
-Relax and Recharge
-Snuggle

Next up movie

We washed all the dishes as well as spot cleaned the kitchen. We also ran boiling water down the kitchen sink to try and keep the drains clean from now on. The plumber suggested we do it once a month. Then we took a nice shower. Now I think we will watch a movie before heading for a walk.

Daily Dose

We finished up watching the movie and then headed out to get Subway for lunch. As we were getting ready I had a nice scare. I thought that maybe I had left my wallet in the car. The car that is now in Louisville. Luckily I found it in the dining room before I panicked too much. Once I found the wallet and my keys we were off. I got a really nice roasted chicken breast and a salad. We got the food to go and walked back home. It was really too hot to walk anymore. Maybe later tonight we can get a walk after it cools down some. We ate while watching some TV. I decided on a nap while Jeshua decided to do some exercise on the recumbent bike we have. Then he worked on his story. I finally woke up and looked at the clock. For some reason I thought it said 6:43 instead of 5:43 so I kinda freaked. Was totally surprised I slept that long. Once I was out of bed and wandering around alittle did I realize my mistake.

Now it is time to relax and recharge. :) Maybe play a couple of games.

Day is Done, Gone the Sun

And as the sun set we walked around the neighborhood. I get nervous after dark around here though. Seeing a group of about 4 or more males would freak me out if I was walking by myself. One thing I have noticed around the area are the large amount of houses with security system signs in the yard. Kinda sad really. Something went down up the road because as we were walking on broadway a bunch of emergency vehicles passed by. I figure it was an accident.

The results for today was a mile walk that took about 25 minutes. Not bad for me. I have a short stride and my normal time is 30 minutes to walk a mile. I have improved. The other nice thing is that my ankle isnt giving me fits.

Tomorrow maybe Caritas and Jeshua will go for a walk with me when I get home from work. Speaking of Caritas she called earlier and then plan to come home right after the LARP. I didnt get to talk to her long. I really hope she is ok.

Nighttime Recap

Once again I lost a post because of clicking before thinking.

I went to my student loans website and they have granted my forebearance for a year!! WooHoo. I havent paid on this loan in 7 years. This rocks. I just dont have the over $400 they want a month right now. Maybe I can keep from paying on it up until I die. A girl can hope.

The kitties have all had their nails done! We were able to trap and trim all 4 cats front paws today. I didnt get the thumb nails on 2 of the cats but that is ok. It was really cool being able to trap Mr Melodie Man. He hates having his paws touched. Afterwards he went around swipeing at the other cats because it must have been their fault. He knew Strife was to blame.

I found 3 communities, joined 2 and I am watching the third. The one I am watching is called sex_comm and it has a listing of most of the sexual communities here on lj. It makes it alot easier to find ones that might be of interest. Sometimes the searches leave alot to be desired. I wish they had the community search engine back. I also found some communities that I think some friends would like. I ICQed or post a comment in his/her journal telling him/her about the community. Now my numbers are all screwed up.

Bed soon. Today was a very good day.
