We are up to move 31 on Tai Chi, and tonight it kicked my butt. My right leg (quad) needs to be strengthened. I am getting better though. I can keep my balance on the one leg stands. Well at least on the 1st and 2nd time thru. On the 3rd and 4th time thru I started to wobble. Getting alittle tired.
Ok, off to play a game with Jeshua and then date night with Phaeton. And it is valentines day. Just wanted to post something to let people know I am still alive.
