Progressing nicely

demarianaThe baking is progressing nicely. The snack cake and one of the quick breads is done. The 2nd is in the oven, and it will take 45 minutes. I am thinking about having a piece of snack cake. It was cool that the banana bread box had on it how to lower the fat. It was exactly how I was planning on doing it. I am using egg beaters for the eggs and applesauce for the oil.
YUM the snack cake is good. I need to take the cinnamon bread out of the pan. I am also thinking about adding cookies to my endeavors today. It depends on if I can get stuff done before I have to head out to take Phaeton to work. I might be cutting it close with the muffins. Well there is always tomorrow.
