Daily update

demarianaToday at work I got moved twice over to wireless. That got me legally offline 15 minutes total during the day because of having to move to another position. I actually like moving to wireless at times. It gives me a nice change. Plus if we ever have only wireless, I will not have forgotten how to do it. I do wonder sometime if I am talking to anyone famouse on the other end. That would be so cool to just suddenly realize I was talking to a celebrity.
The down side of today was getting a test call from a supervisor. She was like I did it all wrong. I didnt listen, I should have done these key strokes, etc etc. I am sorry, they have no CLUE how it works in RL out on the boards. I have been doing this 6.5 years. The standard procedure only works about 30% of the time, if that. They seem to think it should be all by the book. I am DAMN good at my job. Nearly 100% accuracy, and when I dont find a listing it is because it aint there. It just pisses me off that these managers think they can manage me. There is only one that was an operator before becoming a supervisor. That is the only one I respect. The others just know the books. They have been 'trained' in the procedure, and took like 100 calls, but they arent online 7.5 hours a day. They have no idea even with monitoring us what really goes on out there. The whole time she was explaining things to me I was just sitting there and nodding. What was running thru my brain was cool, more legal time offline. This works. *grins*
