Work at it again

First they please me, then they piss me off. Today my supervisor informed me that I got a perfect score on a mystery caller test call. That means I get a free jacket. WooHoo! I have always been close (5 is perfect) with 4.83, and other numbers but they always say I didnt sound peppy enough. *GAG* So I finally got one! I picked out my jacket color, black of course. So that was the good part of my day.

At our job we are SUPPOSE to have rotated days off. Usually it one weekday and one weekend day off each week. We have a 6 day rotation (mon-sat) though for one of days off. 1st week I would have monday, 2nd day tues, you get the idea. For the week of July 14th my rotated day should have been monday. Since the week before I got sat, and I dropped my name off the sunday list, I figured I would have a 3 day weekend for AC, a con. No such luck. Yes they gave me sunday off, but then they are making me work monday, and gave me sat off. Now almost any other week I would love having sunday off, but damnit I want a day of rest when we get back from the con.

To show how messed up they are. LA should have had monday off as her rotated day, and WR should have had thurs off. Both got scheduled their designated day off. The kicker is, LA got thurs off, and WR got monday off! So if they had scheduled them correctly it still would have been the same thing. One person off monday, the other off thurs. Follow me?

*shakes head* my job is so weird at times.

We were planning to leave on Sun. It just means I dont get a day of rest afterwards. We do plan on going to AC, but I dont know if I will have the moeny for a membership. *Sighs* I might just be along for the car ride to help with driving. I hope that isnt the case. I will have to buy it at the door if I get a membership.
