Daily Dose
I took a 1/2 day yesterday because I could and took the whole day today off because I had a doctor procedure to go do. I probably could have worked some of the day, but really did not want to have to go in before or after the procedure. In the end the prep work was worse than the actual procedure. The scope look only took 10 minutes at most. It was almost like an assembly line set up with the facility. Very weird. Nothing major wrong. (huge sigh) I even got to watch. That was alittle cool and kept me from freaking and being nervous.
We went out to eat at Golden Corral after the procedure. I finally got to eat. :) I was very hungry. I think I did pretty good with what I got. I savored the dessert I did get. I am slowly starting to cut out the white foods it seems. Mostly things made from potatoes. I know I will never totally remove one or more foods from my diet, but it is nice to know that I can limit some. I do not crave them like I have in the past. I was able to pass on the french fries and the mashed potatoes.
We are mostly ready for the yard sale. We got 5 signs up today which look really good. I hope they stay up. We will be putting up 2 more later I think.
Phaeton also had a doctor's appt today. He got some antibiotics and I hope it helps.
